Calling all RPCV’s with the volunteer spirit! Come help a Staten Island resident get their home back!

Join fellow NJ and NY RPCVs on April 5th from 9am-4pm!

Volunteers will work on homes affected by Superstorm Sandy, on Staten Island by completing deconstruction, mold remediation, or rebuild projects.

Thousands of homes across New York City that were damaged by floodwater or winds from Sandy are still in need of repairs and World Cares Center (WCC) is working with volunteers and partners to ensure that there are no survivors that fall through the cracks. WCC provides comprehensive safety training, worksite orientation, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), a T-Shirt and a bottle of water to all volunteers.
