#IgnitePeaceCorps Crowdfunding Campaign

For the past 6 months, the National Peace Corps Association has been working with RPCV Mali and Documentarian, Alana DeJoseph, on the #IgnitePeaceCorps crowdfunding campaign.

Thank you to those of you who have already contributed and have been conversing with our counterparts from the #IgnitePeaceCorps team (Heather Schultz, Joseph Shaffner, Vivian Nguyen and Andrew Cutrow).

In the final two weeks of this campaign (which ends April 1), we need your help as leaders within your groups and as supporters of NPCA. Let’s put our leadership and our numbers behind this national campaign to show how powerful we can be as a community. Half of all the funds are going back to supporting affiliate groups.

  1. Make a donation of any amount to #IgnitePeaceCorps:  https://www.generosity.com/community-fundraising/a-towering-task-documentary-ignitepeacecorps
  2. Join the #IgnitePeaceCorps Challenge:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=14&v=Fm5jJUT3nyU
  3. The group that has the most members donate will receive free admission for Peace Corps Connect in Washington, DC in September 2016. We are keeping track by individual donations as well.

    • 1st Place = 3 free registrations
    • 2nd Place = 2 free registrations
    • 3rd Place = 1 free registration
  4. Change your Facebook cover or Twitter header to match the campaign. Images attached.
