Fun on the Farm – Terhune Apple and Pumpkin Picking on Sunday, October 6th!
Celebrate fall by joining us at Terhune Orchards on Sunday, October 6, 2013 for apple and pumpkin picking. Bring your children or grandchildren for pony and wagon rides, the corn stalk maze, a visit to the barnyard farm animals, live music, and other activities. Food (pies, apple cider donuts, apple cider, etc.) will be available for purchase at the farm, but we will meet at the Efes Turkish restaurant after the event (at 2pm) which will give us a chance to be together and share experiences. Terhune does require a $5 admission fee for the activities, children under 3 are free. Parking is available at the farm. No pets are allowed. The owners of the farm are Pam and Gary Mount, who are both Returned Peace Corps Volunteers.
We will meet at the main entrance for the farm, near the front of the farm store at 11:30am. Look for fellow RPCVs wearing Peace Corps shirts!
Terhune Orchards is located at 330 Cold Soil Road Princeton, NJ 08540. For directions please visit: http://www.terhuneorchards.com/info_directions.html
